Looks like the same one I have. Chris Alston Chassisworks tunnel mount torque arm. Later on, I'm pretty sure Jeg's sold a lower cost version of the same.

Is there a way to confirm which one? I count 7 bolts on each side, totaling 14. Non adjustable and has the slider Heim.
