Default Front Control Arms

Hey y'all, reaching out for good ideas for replacing, changed the oil last week and noticed a lot of bushings in bad shape on my front control arms, was wanting advice and suggestions on replacing, saw a urethane kit but also saw comments saying urethane on the front was bad, looking for any and all help and advice, thanks
