Default Rear diff and torque arm issue

I had a local shop to me build a 8.8 he said both side are about 2.5 inches shorter so we got 15x10 with 5.5 backspace billets the we cut the bump stops off and clearanced the lower part of the inner fender it sill rubs had to put a full 1 1/4 spacer just to get the car back on the ground I have a umi torque are we were only able to get the first set of bolts on the Hiltsy mount could get it slide the second set of bolt holes over. The torque arm hits the side of trans tunnel it hit both the back seat belt bolt and once we pulled that out it jammed itself into the side of the trans tunnel. Kinda of at a lost of what to do and out of funds for either a new rear or new wheels.

Cut the torque arm bracket so it slides over and use the other holes.
