Default Suspension recommendation

I'm looking to upgrade the suspension on my 2000 Silverado. It has a turbo 5.3 setup with 3.43 gears and radial tires. The truck currently sits on a 2/4 drop with a C-notch in the rear. Right now, I'm considering Viking and QA1 coilovers but haven’t decided which route to go. I'm unsure whether I really need double-adjustable shocks or if single-adjustable will be enough for my setup. Up front, I’m debating between 650 lb/in and 750 lb/in springs. For the rear, I’m trying to figure out whether 9–14" or 14–23" of travel would be more appropriate. I’m open to other suspension recommendations as well. Just looking for something that strikes a good balance between performance and street drivability. I do occasionally take this truck to the track on the weekends.

My best recommendation is:
STAY AWAY FROM SAM STRANO, go to the vendors yourself, and bypass the expensive middle man.

Not sure the issue with Sam. I know him personally and does his best to assist customers. He has a wealth of knowledge which is what most people are lacking in seeking his advice. If you for some reason you don't want to talk to Sam call UMI and talk to Ramey and he can also help you pick components based on your needs.

I dont know who either of those people are so i can't put my two sense in on that, im just in search of suspension for my truck, but i can say this. I looked on strango's web page and he doesn't list my truck as something he has parts for.
