Ok im looking to complete my suspension mods and need help with springs/swaybars Right now i have bmr subframes,lower controll arms,torque arm and panhard rod. I also have qa1 shocks in back. Im going with qa1 shocks in front to match the rear for the track. Trying to get the best weight transfer for the track but adjust a bit for better highway driving than what came with the car stock. I know you cant have the best of both so i would have to say the track would be more important. What swaybars would be good to run with that. I measured the front 32mm and the rear 19mm. Was thinking keeping the front stock and upgrading the bushings and changing the rear to a 21mm bar. Would that be good for the track. I was also thinking of lowering the car 1" all around and wasnt sure if i should just cut the stock springs,as some have done or get a set. If i would need to get a set what brand would you go with. Cant the front be lowered with the hal shocks/stock springs since you can adjust the height. Would i kill my traction by lowering the car(yea i know i need relocation brackets in the rear). Basically looking for a good track set up that will get good weight transfer while being lower than stock ride height and a little better handling for street driving(i dont plan to auto-x) just take on ramps and off ramps a bit faster

He's the fbody autox king though, not the drag race king, but he may still be able to help you. Road race / autox and drag race suspensions are very different.
