Default Which drag springs? Suspension help etc.

Okay, I am trying to decide what suspension setup to run for my '98 z28. The car has an iron 6.0 liter, turbocharged, Draglites w/15x10's in the rear, Moser 9" w/4.30 gears for right now, LG torque arm, Denny's Nitrous Ready driveshaft, stage 4 Spec 6 puck ceramic clutch, Harlan 2-step, Competition Engineering adj rear shocks, etc. What front and rear springs would anyone suggest and what front shocks? I am looking for #'s not names, like what free length and rate the springs are, and what rate the shocks are, etc. This car is being built for the track, street is not an issue. I am looking for some serious knowledgeable advice, any help would be greatly appreciated.

If it is a track car order the hals drag shocks. But with the iron motor in there I would go with a stiffer spring! I have had hals on both my car and hated every minute of them! But for drag strip they can't me beat! My problem with them was they transfer weight fast, good for track bad for street and hard braking! Or landing after a wheelie!

Oh for the rear stock V6 camaro springs, hal shocks, and bag both rear springs! If you need more than that coilover or wheelie bars are next!
