Help with shocks.

Would the OEM shocks and strut from a 94 Z28 fit on a 99 T/A?

Yes. But the springs are slightly different. They will probably work as well, but you may see the front of the car raise slightly if you use the springs (from an LT1). The shocks will be fine.
