Default QA1 Shock Settings

Has anyone setup these shocks Front/Back for Normal street driving. I have been trying different settings only to feel like a bobble head almost need a mouth guard to keep the teeth from chattering. Any help on the front and back settings would be great. Track settings are fine its the normal street driving that sucks. I have a 98 Trans AM WS6

Had to wait until the snow melted.
Tried the settings you suggested. Drives great.Tried various settings thinking the bounce was because the settings were to loose. They were actually to tight.
Thanks Again!!!!!!!!!

I like a stiff ride, so 7 up front and 6 in the rear is perfect. If you want the car to feel stock, you will want it in the 3-5 range front and back.

thats exactly what i have after a day and about a half a tank of "testing" I find it that anything above seven is to bouncy and i like the race-car, stiff ride. i think that 7/6 is optimal for street but some guys say that it might be to much....
