Default Roll cage or sfc?

I currently have sfc, they work great! Wheels lift evenly. My question is... if I install a 6 point cage can I remove the sfc and still have the frame tight? I don't want the car twisting at all. Anyone know?

Most people will reccomend that you keep the subframes even if you have a 10pt cage because it still doesn't tie the car togethor that well. Infact, I believe that there was a thread in the Drag Racing section about it not long ago.

I hear you on the wieght issue. That's mainly why I never bought any. When the car is ready for a 10pt cage I think I'll do the Wolfe through the floor SFCs. I think that they wiegh about 20lbs, plus you have to cut out a good amount of the floor so that would probrably be another 5lbs or so coming out of the car.
