hi guys i have a 2002 ss and its stock with an exhaust. well recently i have been having problems with braking. I have had my stck rotors turned twice already but now i think it is my brake pads. Also why when i get into it at like 50 mph when pussing the gas pedal down thegas pedal is shaking liking something is loose. Can that be do to needing new brakes? please help

If you have turned the same set of stock rotors twice, you need to get rid of them. I bet they barely or don't pass minimum thickness. When you turn a rotor, you remove material and then, they become more susceptable to warping. The stock rotors are junk and warp very easy. If you are still under warranty, have new rotors installed. I had mine replaced at 35K miles and they lasted 15K miles. If you are out of warranty, time to look for a good set of brakes. The fronts are required and the rears can wait, if you like. I am using PowerSlot Rotors and OEM GM Pads. I have 35K Miles on them right now and no issues.
