part #s for HALs????

part #s for HALs???? I'm planning on ordering a set of front coilovers tomorrow with the R-series shocks however the place im planning on ordering them from doesn't list them on the website. a friend of mine bought them from there so i KNOW they do sell them but according to him it was a bit of a process for the salesman to locate them in the computer...
does anyone have direct part #s for the shocks and springs to help me smooth out the process a bit???
BTW: im asking because every other site that DOES list the HALs setups are asking 40 or 50 bucks more than my friend paid for his.
also, i've seen different rate springs available for our cars, which should i go for if they give me an option?
any help is GREATLTY appreciated....
