QA1/HAL question...
Hey guys...i have recently put in my Eibachs and new take-offs
Unfortunately though, i'm not liking how these Eibachs run, especially in the rear
I also have 1badz rod ended lca's and aphr
The rear of the car seems to be very bouncy on the highway and not to my liking
I'm saying these stock decarbon take-offs aren't up to the task
I'm now thinking of QA1/Hal's in the rear
Any of you guys running hal's in the rear with Eibachs?
How's it handle?
How's it launch?
How is it daily-driving?
The car is mostly a street car and will se the track a little, but moreso will see some races on the street...but i also would like it not to ride like a garbage truck
I'm thinking the hal's would be my best bet for all around

For drag racing HALs are hard to beat, front or rear. But for ride quality re-valved bilsteins seem to be a better choice on the rear. I have my HALs set to 5 for street driving & it's not bouncy, it's actually a little harsh. And beware, your car will drop another 1/2" when you remove your gas charged DeCarbons....

I ran the Pro kit and QA1 shocks for 3 years and it ran great. especially for street use. On the track, the best 60' I could get was a 1.62 though. Loved the stance and the handling of the Pro kit, but wanted to lower my 60' so I bought the front QA1 275lb springs and the front QA1 struts, and renstalled the Factory rear springs.
