Default Can this be right?

I test drove an SS last night that had been lowered. The springs looked like stockers, so I'm assuming they had been heated. The ride was MUCH worse than a standard suspension. What is it like with the kits installed? Does it drive a lot like stock? I'm hoping so, because if that was the cost of looking good, then I'm going to have to stick to the 4x4 look.

Nooooooooo, not the 4x4 look - j/k. That SS that you drove probably needed shocks besides new springs. Test drive another lowered SS and copare it to the response you may get here with people who have lowered their Camaros.

Well, I may very well just do that. I'm hopefully going to be heading up that way next weekend to look at another SS anyway.

550 lbs. in front, 150lbs in the rear, lowered 1.5",Bilstiens all around and rolling on 18" wheels. Rides better than stock and handles way better. Talk to Sam Strano. He will set you up for what you are looking for.
