Default Help installing SFC

I have bmr tubular style sfc and wanting to install them this weekend and need instructions on how to install them. My friend owns a body shop and has mig welder and me and him will be doing the install. Thanks in advance

Dude its pretty simple. Are yours the type that weld to the LCA brackets? When you lift the car you'll see it. All you gotta do is take off the LCA's. Weld the stuff up and bolt the LCA's back. That should do it.

Make the suspension is loaded and level while welding!
