Default Brake problem!!!

I took the car to more than one place and no one wants to even check whats wrong with my brakes because the car is modified WTF I did change the front rotors, calipers and pads and nothing changed. Then i changed the Brake Booster and still nothing changed. The brakes works fine when the car is cold, but after the brakes warms up it starts holding slightly and it doesnt fully release which is really annoying. The pedal feel also change when this happens and it gets really stiff with almost no travel. My gas milage dropped to half and driving the car is a hassle now. What could be wrong with my brake system?

Its probably not the fronts since he changed the calipers/pads/rotors (check them anyway though). The next thing to check would be the rears.

It could be one of three things:
A) Seized sliding pins,
B) Damaged/Malfunctioning caliper piston,
C) Damaged/malfunctioning e-brake.

* Remember, the LS1 4th-gen Camaro/Firebird e-brake uses a separate drum brake system inside the rear rotors.

* Might as well inspect the hard-lines and rubber hoses too.

* The only other thing that I can think of is the brake booster, but you said that you already replaced it.

* I just remembered somthing else. After you've checkout out all that, the only thing left is the ABS system.

I will check the guide pins and see how it goes. I feel that the problem is coming from the front not the rear, but i will check the rear too just in case. Would a bad guide pin act differently when cold and hot?

No, but the bite of a cold vs hot glazed pad certainly would.

We did check the guide pins and they were good. So we decided to change the brake lines and flush all 4 corners. We got steel brake lines and flushed all 4 corners and now the problem is gone. After two wrong diagnostics and $600-800 bucks on wrong parts it turned out to be the damn brake lines clogged . Oh well we live and learn.
