Default suspension ?

What kind of suspension setup's are you guys runnin. I'm lookin at the bmr xtream parts and the regular one's not to sure if the xtream is way to much over kill. Right now the car is basically stock but next year I'm thinking of going with a head and cam package and I'm not sure if the regular parts are going to help as much as the xtream bmr parts will. Any info would be greatly appricated thanks.

regular BMR TA is rated up to 11.0 in the quarter but it'll take a lil more. I think the weak point is not the TA itself but the transmission tailshaft housing, the BMR xtreme TA is for the mid 10 and faster cars( down to low 9s id guess) but SLP has been 10.3 on there TA i think. With a H/C setup you should be just fine w/ the regular BMR( or other brand) TA, LCAs, PHB, etc etc. As far as front suspension goes some hal adjs should be good and a few other goodies plus sum skinnies. but with a good H/C setup & gears w/ the rear suspension parts and good traction, drivin, track prep, etc you should see mid 11s easy w/ stock front suspension. Just my opinion, hope it helps.

this isn't a bolt-on forum jackass, it is external engine. read the ******* title and description. there is a separate froum for suspension.
