What pads to use?

What pads to use? What brake pads produce the least brake dust and still stop good. Car does see track use so I would like great brakes, but I want low dust & no noise.

Drag racing use, not Auto-X. I think stock pads are supose to be good all around pads? Dust is killing me now w/ Chrome rims.
