Default How much do a few mods really help?

1998 Camaro Z28 A4

I am trying to diagnose an engine stumble so I am trying to see where my car is power wise. I KNOW you need traction to go faster, so don't think I'm retarded for asking this! I just put 3 new suspension mods on my car:

- Edlebrock Torque Arm (the new style, not the one with breakage issues)

-BMR LCA relocation brackets (I put the LCA's in the lowest hole)

-Eibach lowering springs

My rear tires are 285 Pirreli's and before my stumble I could punch the car at 30mph and break the rear tires loose and get sideways. Now when I punch it, the car might break the tires loose a little, but not like before. So, am I down on engine power, or did those 2 little mods help my suspension on the street?

PS
If the traction control is turned off, will you get a low traction light if you lose traction? Or will the light only illuminate if the TCS is turned on.

EDIT:
Forgot to add some info:
My total suspension:

24mm rear swaybar
Hotchkiss panhard rod
BMR LCA's
TA cover/stud kit
BMR LCA relocation brackets
Eibach springs
Edlebrock Torque Arm
BMR subframe connectors
no front swaybar
BMR strut tower brace (used to replaced my front swaybar and it weighs less!)

LOL, can you tell that I am working my way forward??!!
