Make sure you check the sensor where it connects to each wheel (behind the hub), the connection near the body of the car, the condition of the lines, etc. Basically, follow the line from each wheel to the main trunk. Then, follow the trunk to the brake cylinder. If you don't find anything loose, frayed, etc., try going to Autozone to get them to read the code (don't know if it'll show on their scanner).
Other than that, I don't know. But, I do know that after dynoing, auto-xing, or RRing, my computer goes nuts and throws me an E-brake, antilock brake, airbag, and whatever other lights it can think of! Basically - the car goes haywire trying to interpret being thrown around a track or having the rear wheels going 130, while the fronts are stationary.
