keep drop kit or get coilovers?

keep drop kit or get coilovers? right now i have a eibach drop kit, with stock shocks and the ride is bumpy and rough. can anyone recommend great shocks for these springs? or should i fork over the dough for coilovers from ground force? do those coilovers for 400ish dollars come with everything i need?
