Default Suspension problem

Just got the car back from the shop. There was a clanging noise coming from the front drivers side. They said it was a broken shock. Shock was replaced. Driving home today, hit bumps and the clanging noise is still there. Any ideas? anyone?

Take it back to the shop and tell them they didn't fix the problem.

When i had this same symptom it was after a severe impact with a dirt hill (hydroplane'n'spin) anyhow the impact busted the drivers side tie rod and damaged the Upper A-Frame/A-Arm the Upper was bent free of the bushing. while the suspension was only at driving load there was no noise, as soon as there was a pothole or road edge that cause the suspension to become loaded the A-Arm could move around freely and made a rattle/clunk noise.
