Spring Rates I am looking at picking the correct suspension setup for my SS and was wondering what spring rate options i have availible. I can pick the optimal ones however, they have to be availible.
Also, are there direct replacement 3-way adjustable shocks(ive seen the 1 way)? Also, i would have to get the shocks re-valved for the springs chosen... so i know QA1 is good with supplying revavling support.

And 3 way as opposed to 1 way?
I only know of HAL, KYB, Tokico (rears only) and Koni to offer adjustable shocks for these cars. None of them are "3 way." Some are single adjustable and the rest are double adjustable and all of them offer more than 3 settings...
And as for revalves... why would you get an adjustable shocked revavled? Thread Starter

Also, the adjustable range is just that... a range. You have to place the adjustablity in the right range to have any benefit to you.
A car with 300# springs will need different valving than a car with 600# springs because you just significantly increased your ride frequency.

Competition engineering makes a 3 way adj. shock. If I'm not mistaken they describe the adj. in % of compression and rebound quickness? I don't know, I'm still learning the valving / adjustability thing myself.
