Question Daily Driver Setup

I've been trying to research a good setup for my daily driver. I drive this car everyday, go to the dragstrip about 3 times per year and don't plan on doing any autocross/roadracing in the near future. I would like to lower the car some, but not enough to cause a problem with LT's. The car currently has 17's with 275/40 series rubber. Right now it feels like it wallows through turns and just generally handles like ***. I'm looking for cheap results that are liveabe for everyday use.

My idea is to get some Bilsteins with Eibach springs, then a UMI PHR and LCA's. Or I was thinking about doing to same thing, but not getting springs and PHR and just removing the rear rubber isolator and saving like $375. I'm open for suggestions, anyone run a similar setup or have any ideas? Please do not tell me to get $700 Koni's though. I'm sure they are awesome, but I don't have that kind of coin for just shocks. Thanks.

If you don't have them already, subframe connectors. Then get a feel on how the vehicle truly manoeuvres through corners before moving onto more mods. Then onto Springs and Shocks.

I going with Hochkis springs and Stano revalved bilsteins. SFC were my first mod when I bought the car.

SFC's were in my plans, I just forgot to list them. Anyone have experience with UMI or Spohn?
