Default Bushings...

Wanting to make my own LCA's and PHB.

I want a smooth ride.

Poly/poly is too harsh and binds.

So It'll either be rubber/rubber or rubber/rod

Assuming i buy quality rod ends, will rubber/rod be noticeably harsher than rubber/rubber?

How long can I expect those heavy duty qa1's to last before they loosen up and start clunking?

I doubt you'll notice them with rubber/rod and it would be better than rubber/rubber. FYI, with the high quality QA1 rod ends, I don't notice my PHB at all. Now if you're going to build rubber/rubber... why even bother?

well the rubber deals i am looking at are a bit stiffer than stock, but my main goal is replacing the stampings with lighter/stronger aluminum and gaining adjustability (thrust angle correction) and centering the rear for 315's and lowering.

Go high quality rod ends, or just dont even bother.
