torque arm question...

i bought a BMR adjustable torque arm and was wondering if it only fits the stock 10 bolt. because i have a moser 12 bolt and the thing doesnt look like its sitting right, its cocked to the side and the arm hits the tunnel when i jack it up. any input?

i attached a picture of the TA mount. thanks

I have been having the same problem only I didnt notice it for a while because I do all install stuff on a non-loaded lift.

This seems to be a prob. Do I need to cut off the outside holes on the mounting plate? Because mine hits the tunnel as well.
