coilovers and konis please help hi all i have been reading this site for months and now bagan to put some money into my 99 z28
first off i want to thank Sam Strano for being so helpful and very fast with shipping my parts to me
i got a set of Koni sa fronts and 3rd gen rears
the rears are on already and made a great difference
the question that i have is for my fronts i also got ground control coli over kit for my konis with 500lb springs but just noticed that the sleave for the ground controls will not slide over the top silver mounting on my shocks
strano performance told me i have to have it machined or grind it down to a smaller diameter to have it slip over
have any of you done this, if so can you show any pics or tell me how you had it done? how much it may cost me and how did you unscrew them from the shock?
