Bad Viberation!!! Need Help!!!!

Bad Viberation!!! Need Help!!!! Just recently my car developed a viberation from the pass side rear wheel under braking at high speed. It feels almost like the wheel is bouncing off the road or hoping. It is very noticeable especially when try to slow down from above70 mph. Does anybody have any idea what could be causing this problem? I checked the wheel and it is mounted securely and has been balanced. The only other thing I can think of is the rear left side brake rotor being warped. But I was told that they should'nt warp since the front brakes do most of the work under hard brakeing.
