Default Whats the big diff??

I keep seeing people ask about what company to go for. does it really make that much of a difference? I mean I see the same looking tower brace for 80 dollars to 120 dollars. I have learned many a times the hard way that you get what you pay for. But this time I honestly cant figure the difference out.

There are not much differances in strut tower braces, they are all made to perform the same task, most people get them for apperance rather than performance or that is in my case, so I would get what you personally thought looked better allthough I would stay away from the three piont braces, they are a pain to install.

For an F-body, its not a single company that makes the best of anyting. Some of the top people to buy parts from are LGmotorsports, UMI, and Sam Strano, and Spohn. If your just building a track *****(drag car), the BMR stuff will work fine.

My bad I missunderstood your question. I agree with stang killer though, there is not one single company that makes all the best parts. Your going to have to do some research on what people have used in there auto x setups and what worked for them, then collect the parts that you think will best work for what you want your car to do. Good luck with your setup.

Well in your eyes, whats the area that you think the car needs the most work on. Also, get out at some of thoes auto x events before you start throwing parts at the car.

thanks for the advice. based on what I have learned about the theory of how suspension works i have some ideas. I want to reduce body roll and also keep the tires on the road (too soft of spring and coils bad and like wise too stiff is bad) keeping the body rigid is also something I want to achieve. but what I don't understand is the materials and what is too small or too big (or what ever applies to the given situation) and/or what company to go for So far I have gone with SLP because they seam like a reliable company and have a reasonable price. But I still haven't a clue about a lot of this stuff I under stand the gist and theory about a lot of it, but that little better than a start
