Default Bilstein shocks

Are these OK front and rear? I have LTs and will upgrade the suspension but will not lower my street car (99 SS - F-body).

My car's handling went bad recently. Handles like a boat - I assume it is suky GM shocks...

Should I also do springs too? Any advantage to rear coil overs?

Love mine but then again I'm lowered. I notice a great difference with the springs on launch and braking, I was able to squeeze the rear springs by hand and pull them out of the rear during the swap, I had alot of sqauting before the swap.

Bilsteins all around are a good choice and about the minimum you would want to use.

Coilovers in the rear are very expensive. Or do you mean the adjustable spring perches like the Ground Control, Afco and Global West?

They allow you to fine tune the ride height.

All I have are Bilsteins front and back, stock springs and I think they are great. Would do it again and my track times never suffered.

If you don't plan on lowering or increasing spring rates, the Bilstein HDs will be a great choice.

Re-valved are really, really nice. I finally bought these after my suspension mod were about complete. Better ride over stock, better handling over stock and better control of rebound over stock. Koni Dual Adj are suposed to be better. However, you would have to be in the pro ranks to take advantage of those shocks. This thing sticks like superglue already. Wife won't even go in the car unless I promise to cool it.

"Too many G's, your making me sick honey!" Lol !!! Actually, I don't tell her; but about the time she says this I'm starting to get queesy as well.
