BMR Torque Arm and Relocation Kit.
Just got my torque arm and relocation kit installed. Really nice stuff. The relocation kit is a nice compromise over a tunnel mount unit. It is quite (no clunking) and the vibration and road feel is minimal. Also, the loss of ground clearance is negligable. The Y pipe is lower then the bottom of the new tranny cross-member.
I set it to minus 1 and it works great. Hooks up nice, less nose dive, feels solid and the car remains level in corners. Well worth the upgrade.
All the stuff bolted on no problem. It is close in the tunel at the front so I think I will get a poly tranny mount just to make sure it does not start hitting once the rubber mount wears.
If your car has been lowered quite a bit, most likely you will not the front mount set to the highest position. However, its not realy a big deal, as the main purpose is to get the mount off the tail shaft.

I also noticed my TA isn't parallel to the driveshaft. The end that mounts on the tranny mount is further away from the DS.
I am assuming you have the relocation kit.
You might try a lower setting on the mount. Also moving the crossmember side to side. Also, if you have an adjustable panhard rod the rear could be slightly adjusted, if off centre.
I don't think the parallel thing will matter as long as it is not alot. The poly bushing can take up for quite a bit of movement. Also, the arm is quite long, so if you calculate the change in angle over the total length, the change at the bushing will be quite small. An inch of misaligment would only yield a few degrees at the bushing.
I will look at my setup to check it for parallel, but I do not have access to a hoist right now. Its on the ground so it will be realy difficult to tell.
