Default Wheel spin

What would be the best way to control wheel spin? I just recently installed UMI LCA's to get rid of my wheel hop (which it did) only now to have alot of wheel spin. When I punch it from a roll (10 mph) the car hooks up "ok" but when I hit about 3500 to 4000 rpm the car kicks sideways and smokes the tires before the traction control kicks in and/or I let off the gas. Would a PHR and SFC fix this problem?

Well a torque arm will help alot, also if your car has been lowered a set lca relocation brackets will help, you may also want to look into getting a good set of shocks to help plant the rear. As for your qeustion -- a panhard rod is used to help keep the rearend centered and sfc want help much with traction.
