Weld In Or Bolt In Relocation Brackets???

What type of of relocation brackets would be prefered to use. I was thinking of going with the BMR ones but dont know which kind to get. Going to be putting these in with some adj. spohn LCA's and an adj. panhard bar.

You need relocation brackets after the car is lowered right? Original owner didn't put these in, where can I get some? I looked at ThunderRacing but they didn't have none or nothing was named Relocation Bracket.. (sorry to hijack, maybe you could help?)

ebay has both the weld on and bolt ons 4 cheap get em there.

My BMR bolt ins work well, they where an easy no hassle install.

No guys I already know where I'm getting them from. I just need to know whether go get weld-ins or bolt-ins. Does it really matter??? Does one kind handle stress better than the other which I would be assuming the weld-in ones would.... but is it really nessescary if the bolt-in kind will handle the same about of stress and have an easier install.
