Torque Arm nuts keep getting really loose

Torque Arm nuts keep getting really loose I dont know why but this has happened a lot lately. Anyone ever have this problem or hear of this happening? Also the past 2 times this has happened I torqued them down good with a 1/2" Mac Impact gun and they still get loose, its driving me crazy! 
what brand of TQ arm do you have? I have a BMR and a moser 12 bolt. for some reason w/ the 12 bolt it seems common for them to loosen up. I have lock washers and loc-tight on the threads and they still come loose after a couple hard weekends at the track.

I think with the aftermarket rears, you need longer bolts. Make sure to use thread locker and torque those suckers to 100 foot lbs.
