installing subframe connectors

ive got a set of weld in umi subframe connectors on the way, im gonna install them myself and i was just wondering what the easiest way to install them, i know your suppose to have the car under load. right now ive got the car up on 4 jackstands for the winter, if i jack up the rear axle will that work for installing them??

Idealy you need to have all four tires resting on something. I've heard of guys using four ramps of the same style and working off of that.

Just put the wheels on concrete blocks. Should be high enough.
