Does this list look about right?
Koni SA at all 4 corners
Ground control coil overs
Adjustable Panhard rod
Sam's Sway bars
I want coil overs because I have long tubes and true duals and I want to be able to change the ride height if I start scrapping over everything.
Is this list overboard for what I want or not enough? It also seems rather expensive for everything like 1700 when all is said and done. Does that seem right too? I don't care if the car rides stiffer but I don't want there to be more squeaks and noises than there already is, or is this unavoidable? Also are there any other adverse effects to upgrading the suspension?

As an honest one, most likely the conversation will likely tell you to forgo the coil-overs.
Height is workable, either a slight drop with the Koni's and stock springs, or a mild known drop with reputable springs. You ought to be able to figure out if you can go down 1" or not...... www.stranoparts.com --814-849-3450
