slp shocks

hey guys. has anyone used the slp/bilstein shocks?
summit racing sells them for 365 and i am going to need a set soon.
i would like a decent ride but im not really a corner guy more straight line.
so ultimate handling is not my main consern.
i was going to get kyb's but you guys say they suck so any ideas?
i dont want to pay 7-8 hundred for shocks

You can find them cheaper than 365 from one of our sponsors. Plus most will price match anyway. I just ordered some as well.

I had them and I liked them with the springs I had. The SLP Bilsteins have a bit more rebound and a smidge less compression damping than the HDs. They work OK with slightly stiffer aftermarket spring, bout perfect with stock or 1le springs.
