Replacing bushings

Replacing bushings I will be replacing some worn shocks soon. Is it worth it to replace all the upper/lower control arm bushing with poly?
Do I need any special tools or do the old bushings just pop out?

It's quite a job to do.
I burned mine out. There is also a sleeve you will need to press out from the lower A arms. They are about to go back on the car so I dont know how they will work out yet. But Im sure it will be a nice difference.

I replaced the rear lower control arms and I highly recommned you buy aftermarket lower control arms. I bought the poly bushing for 50 bucks plus another 50 bucks to take it to a shop to get the bushing out/in. I've seen aftermarket lca for 100 bucks. Their is a noticable differece, not a big difference but noticable. Installing the rear lca is not problem.

OK - So you can't push out the old front lower control arm bushing with a couple of large sockets and a big vice?
That blows.
Replaceing the top control bushings is not diffucult and you don't need to "press" them out; right?
