Default centering the rear end

Well i have the spohn adjustable phb and I adjusted it to the center but I notice today that after driving it the rear end shift to one side or the other what causes it to still move alittle how can I fix it

Do you have rod ends? I was surprised to learn just how much the poly bushings flex. Also, are you running too low of tire pressure in the back?

WELL IM RUNNING 28PSI IN THE REAR JUST BUCAUSE i GOT 295 RUN FLATS.WHAT ARE ROD ENDS? ITS THAT THE PROBLEM?
