Default sort of a bang when slowing down?

didnt know where i should post this, its either the drivetrain or suspension. i am going to get under the car in a second and check it out but i wanted some ideas as well incase i overlooked something. i have been having a vibration in the shifter when i give the car high load in low rpm and i noticed when i slow down as i am comming close to 0 mph i feel a bang from under the car, its not horrible but enough that i can tell. just looking for ideas on what could cuase this or both my issues

my torque arm was loose on the rear, i was able to tighten it a good bit, that was the first thing i went to so i hope that is it. i am going back over all the bolts under there to be sure.
