Default Stupid Bolts!

I am going to post this in here and in couple of other forums.......

I am tired of my stupid bolts backing out of my 12 bolt. When I say bolts, I mean the bolts that hold the torque arm on. I have an adjustable torque arm. I have tried lock tight, lock washers, and everything! What can I do to fix this problem?

Go to the store and buy longer bolts. Put a lock washer on and then one nut. Tighten that down. Then put another nut on the same bolt and tighten the second one down. Mine have been that way for two years and haven't budged.
