steering problem, anybody experienced that?

Default steering problem, anybody experienced that?
when I go for a sharp turn, if I turn the wheels quickly , I get a loud noise in the steering, sounds like its coming from under the hood
makes me think the power steering is not keeping up or I got a bad pump or something
I check the steering fluid and it seems about right , maybe just a nail under the line
anyway
nothing bad but with my new shcoks I d like to play and I m scared to do so now

anybody ?
