Default sway bars - alignment

I don't know too much about alignment, so I hope this isn't a stupid question. Is there any way adding aftermarket sway bars could change your alignment?

Not really. If the bar was twisted it could preload one side more than the other resulting in a left/right disparity in suspension compression...and this affects camber somewhat.

So unless the sway bar is bent, or the end-links adjusted wrong..no. Even then, this would only make a small difference.
