Default Movement in Random Tech TA?

I installed a BMR tranny crossmember with TA mount and while working on it I noticed I can move my Random Tech torque arm up and down about one inch freely. I can't find one loose bolt or anything, I can't even tell where its moving. Is this normal? I would figure it would screw with the pinion angle, but its not much movement I guess.

I presume you mean before you connect it to the front attach point. Yes, that is normal.

Right. I know it will move, obviously the whole rear end will move, but I have what feels like 1 inch of "slack", for lack of a better term. Is that normal?
