Yes, if your still running the stock front shocks and were planning to get better ones (highly recommended because the DeCarbons suck all around) then you can simply trim half a coil from the stock springs to get the small drop and then the Bilstein shocks will make the handling noticably better.
The best choice is the Ground Control coilover conversion up front. They run about $225 for the front springs, sleeves, adjusting collars, etc... Then the drop will be fully adjustable by you. Whatever you want, higher than stock all the way to slammed. Plus you get to pick whatever spring rate you want in 50lb increments.

Nothing against the above company, but before I spent $300 on some springs, I'd get the GC front setup and then remove the rear spacer or slightly trim the rear spring (extra spring rate is needed anyway). Then I could set the ride exactly where I wanted it plus save money.
