Question Adjustable Panhard bar??

Ok I'm not sure what I need to upgrade or if its even upgradeable.

Well when I'm driving if I say turn the wheel a little sharply in a wide turn and then straighten it out its like the back and trails a little then goes. It almost feels like the body moves a little but the axle/wheels dont.

Is this correctable by upgrading the panhard bar?

Pandhard bar is to mainly center the vehicle up if you basically lower it, you are wanting Thicker Sway Bars. they stiffen up the rear and front suspension to keep it from swaying.
