Default whats the difference and how does it work?

I wanted to know what how exactly lower control arms work and how they help with traction as opposed to sub frame connectors.
Im sorry, but im a n00b at suspension stuff.
also what type and brand of LCA's would you recommend for a daily driver who sees time at the drag strip on the weekends?

Your sub frame connectors will strengthen the car and tie it together, so it doesnt flex under load. LCA's will absorb the energy from the motors load and distribute all the torque to the tires. The stock LCA's do the same thing but not anything like the Aftermarket ones. You can feel the difference once you change them.

I hve the BMR non adjustable LCA's and they work great for me. I think you should befine with non adjustables.

Poly urethan wil last longer and has a firmer tolerance to stress when the car is under load and the weight shifts to them. Normal rubber bushings will give alot, can split open and become useless quickly.
Poly is what you want to go with on everything, it will help stiffen the car up.

The tubular are strong but the boxed are stronger but will take up more room. I have a tubular Chromeoly full suspension.
Bothe setups work well, but boxed is a little stronger.

I would advise getting Lca's along with the torque arm just. Installed my torque arm about a month ago and let me tell you it helped alot from having to burn out my slick that much. Lca's are good, but for you that likes to run on street tires I would advise a torque arm too
