panhard rod and LCA bracket help needed

panhard rod and LCA bracket help needed can someone give me a writeup on how to install LCA relocation brackets and a panhard rod on an f-bod? also a quick question: since my car is lowered i know it is suggested that i get a new panhard bar which is obviously why i need a write up on one.. but before i buy it do i need an adjustable one or not? cuz if not im going to go the cheaper route?
might as well get a adjustable panhard. if you lower the car and need to center the rear up,then your adjustable panhard will do the trick. as far as installing it. theres 2 bolts 1 on each side. take down stock panhard and measure up your new 1 to stock length. reinstall. lca are self explanatory also. depends if you go with weld in or bolt in lca brackets. even if you go with bolt in,might as well weld them while your there for added strength

ok sounds simple enough i was wondering if i had to take any of the rest of the suspension apart in order to change out these two items... where should i put the jack stands to support the car while i do these things? should the weight of the car be on the suspension to compress it or not...
