noisy suspension

ok well my suspension squeeks a lot and it drives me up the wall, im just wondering if any one else has this problem and if so what they have done to fix it. also my when i go over bumps my interior raddles a lot, any one else have this prblem? can you do anything to fix that? my car is daily driver with 67k miles on it.

my brothers does it and he just lubes up the shocks and that takes car of it for a while .

My rear control arms squeaked when i went up the driveway, but it stopped when i put in the lca's & panhard from UMI. Stock parts suck.
