Default Lowering Question...

Ok, first off, i have OEM ZO6 wheels. so keep that in mind while answering this. I want the car lowered to get a better stance, im not too wild about the performance of the suspension, so its ok if its sub-par in that department, all i do is drag race.

Anyway, i was thinking of doing the heater hose mod in the rear and sportlines in the front. (By the way, what size of heater hose does this take?)

I was also thinking of doing springs all the way around, but im not sure if the rear wheels/tires will fit in the wheel well if i do that. if i do this im thinking of the eibach proline.

Can you guys give me any direction on this? i just want the stance to be good, the ride to be kind of decent, and the wheels not rubbing....

Thanks
J

id read the sticky in the top of the threads, id go with DMS cus they are afforable and they give a badass stance, eibach are a lil to low, and have heard of many compliants about them.

oh and drag racing and lowered cars dont go together, u will have to live with both

Ok, i checked out DMS and it looks good. But, will these springs work with my setup? Stock shocks and OEM Z06's with 275/40/18s in the back?

yes they will... but it's always a good idea to replace the shocks along when changing springs

I think it's 5/8 heater hose. About 12 inches should do. Got it free from Autozone.
