Default Raise Car

What is the best way to raise the front of the car, (where to put spacers if I do not want to buy new springs)?
Does anyone sell them or do i need to fab them up, if so what is the best way?

I drive mine onto ramps, and use a floor jack on the K member.

Umm.. i think he means static ride height.. not actually jacking up the car...
